The Fédération Equestre Internationale needed support with its media rights strategy across a range of key properties, including the Longines League of Nations, FEI World Cup competitions and European Championships in the Olympic disciplines.
The aim was straightforward: increase media exposure and strengthen the value of those properties in priority markets.
The work increased live uptake across the properties by 54%, while highlights uptake rose by 82%.
As FEI Commercial Director Ralph Strauss said:

We picked up negotiations with existing prospects and rights holders, then worked with the FEI to identify new opportunities market by market.
That included live, highlights and news deals, plus a time-buy strategy for the Americas, China and Japan where appropriate. We also fed back market insight on content performance and maintained detailed reporting across all agreements.
