Sailing forms a large part of the Sunset+Vine portfolio. Sunset+Vine Oxford, has been producing sailing programming for the last twelve years, including event coverage and magazine programming. Sunset+Vine Oxford was the only independent production company to be contracted by the BBC to help produce their Rio 2016 and London 2012 Olympics coverage. Eight days of event coverage formed a significant and critically acclaimed part of the BBC output.

The company was also responsible for host broadcasting the Perth 2011 ISAF Sailing World Championships where over 1000 of the world’s best sailors were competing to win the most important championship outside the Olympics. Other sailing events covered by Sunset+Vine Oxford include the AudiMedcup, the Extreme Sailing series, the Barcelona World Race, Velux 5 Oceans, Ellen Macarthur Round the World and the Clipper Round the World.

Sunset+Vine was the production partner on two Volvo Ocean Races, looking after all TV production and distribution of the 2005-2006 and 2008-2009 round the world events. World Sailing is a monthly magazine distributed internationally. Sunset+Vine Oxford is also responsible for the production of CNN’s monthly sailing programme, Mainsail, and for BT Sport's coverage of the America's Cup.
